I'd like to thank Kate for this one... if she hadn't been called out of town on work (and asked me to take over this event), I would never have gone ice skating on Oct 1st (how depressing), but it was an AWESOME time. Thanks also to Marvin for lending Verde a pair of his son's skates... they were a bit big, but did the job nicely. Typical arena skating... there was ice... we went around and around... Murray showed off... Michelle did figure 8s... Merv did figure blobs... Claudia stopped clinging to the boards... Camila made us all smile... Verde took our pictures... everyone had a good time.
