Thank you Calgary Outdoor Club volunteers for coming out to help clean up the riverbank today!! We had THIRTY people out today to help clean up the north end of Fish Creek Park (east side). Our most interesting finds were a GT Snow Racer and a Pink Flamingo. We were allowed to keep the recyclables we found today, too, and all together, our "take" at the bottle depot was $13.25. OK, so that also included the bottles and cans that have been accumulating in my apartment, but it seemed like a good excuse to get them out of my kitchen. -- Rhonda
