We had a nice little group today, great weather conditions, and a great little hike. The trail was a bit slippery so some of us wished we had our ice cleats (some of the smarter ones had their ice cleats). There is a newly developed trail to Rummel which we discovered after aborting our mission to cross the treacherously slippery narrow ledge. To use the new trail, go left at the fork where there's a bridge on the left and a "do not enter - avalance zone" sign on the right. Follow the trail over the bridge and keep going. If you come to another fork - stay right and follow the yellow trail marker signs on the trees. Very nice. :)

It was great the Kjell and Margaret could join us for a hike before moving to Angola. Wow!
