Due to a lack of planning on our parts, we were not able to get ski rentals for Brent on time for this event, so we moved the event to Strathcona Wilderness where we could rent skis on-site. Thanks to everyone for their patience and understanding with that. Oy. We split into three groups (fast, medium, slow) and enjoyed some beautiful weather along with icy and challenging ski conditions. All-in-all it was an enjoyable day, but a strong reminder to me of why I don't like x-c in the springtime. Thanks to everyone who came out! -- Rhonda |
