I was originally scheduled to do this earlier in the month and sissied out due to weather forecast. I'm glad I postponed because conditions today were excellent. There was a cold wind as we got closer and closer to the end, but overall pretty darn great. I definitely enjoy walking into the Lake Louise postcard... it's amazing how far back it goes. An extra bonus at the end of the trail is seeing Abbot Hut wayyyyy up there in the snow beteween two peaks. Crazy. Thanks to all who came out and shared the day - it was awesome. -- Rhonda |
