Ahhhhhhhhh... hiking. I've missed it so. And yet I probably won't be doing a lot of it over the next while as I apparently still have to put some care and attention into "Little Bridget" (the discomfort in my piriformis muscle). It was a beautiful day today with lovely warm temperatures and great company. Thank goodness we all had our icers today - all four of us made it up to the lookoff by the big solar-panel-microwave-tower-station-thingy with relative ease. On the way back down, Lana and Len found a track which we tried to identify, and narrowed it down to either Saskwatch or Dik Dik but since none of us had our animal track book, we couldn't be sure. Thanks to the intrepid three for joining me today. I really really really needed a mountain fix! -- Rhonda |
